Erica Birch Home wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you.

To return an item, please send to the address below. We do not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment used to make the purchase.

Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives and let us know immediately if there has been any damage in shipping.
